Why we started Lumen Garden

Child-first school. Parent-friendly support.

School director

Dear Parents,

As the director, I warmly share our mission with you.

With 20 years of teaching experience, I have seen a recurring challenge — nearly 50% of new mothers step away from the workforce due to a lack of reliable childcare, and only about 27% are able to return. Lumen Garden was born as a practical answer to that problem.

Our mission is to create a trusted, safe, and joyful preschool environment where families can confidently leave their children with us, and parents can return to their professional goals.

In the first five years of life, children experience the most important period of brain and emotional development. A Montessori-inspired, child-centered culture at this age builds confidence, language, movement, focus, and social readiness for the future.

A place for every child to learn and grow

Smart. Kind. Global.

Raising curious, kind, and confident children

Every activity at Lumen Garden is designed to build more than skills — it builds character. Children learn to think, share, and care through hands-on Montessori experiences every day.

About 01
Pod environment

Small classes. Real attention.

With just 10 children per teacher, no child is overlooked. Every child gets the guidance, space, and time they need to grow at their own pace.

About 02
Personalized learning.

Every child learns at their own pace

Montessori is built for individual progress. Our teachers observe each child and tailor activities to where they are — not where the group is.

About 03

Giving your child the best possible start to their education

Since 2016, we've built a school families trust — one child, one classroom, one milestone at a time.

Our core values and principles

Everything we do comes back to four things: helping children thrive, building trust with families, and creating a school community that lasts.

Excellence in Teaching

Our educators are trained Montessori practitioners committed to continuous improvement and child-led growth.

Creativity

Art, music, movement, and open-ended play are woven into every day — because creative thinking starts young.

Trustworthiness

Parents trust us with what matters most. We honour that with transparent communication and a safe, secure environment.

Nurturing Individuality

No two children are the same. We celebrate each child's unique pace, personality, and way of learning.
